Stefan Ali, Esq., is an immigrant who understands many of the challenges faced by immigrant communities. His own experiences as an immigrant led him to become an attorney and immigration rights activist. His mission is to fight for the rights of other immigrants. Mr. Ali immigrated to the US as a teenager after being petitioned for by his father. However, he had several undocumented relatives. He witnessed the hardships faced by his relatives due to their undocumented status. They lived with the fear of being deported. They struggled to find jobs and good places to live. Mr. Ali also witnessed a relative lose thousands of dollars to a con artist claiming to have someone on the inside with immigration services who could help them get legal immigration status. Mr. Ali is proud to have helped his own family and friends gain legal immigration status. The Ali Law Firm is here to help other immigrant families accomplish their dreams and live dignified lives!

Humanitarian Based
You may be eligible for legal immigration status based on certain circumstances in your life, including but not limited to being: a victim of human trafficking; a victim of certain other crimes; from a country designated for Temporary Protected Status (TPS); under 21 and abused, abandoned or neglected by a parent; subjected to female genital cutting; a victim of forced marriage; a battered spouse, child or parent of a US citizen; brought to the US as a child; living continuously in the US before 1972 or; a Liberian refugee.
